Refund & Cancellation.
Guidelines on kitchen preparation thresholds, order adjustments, and refund timelines.
1. Cancellation Thresholds
Because our artisan cakes and puffs are handcrafted fresh upon order placement, cancellations are only permitted before the kitchen marks the order as "Accepted" or "Preparing". Once baking or preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Automated Refund Processing
If an prepaid online order is declined by the store (due to unexpected ingredient outages or kitchen closing) or successfully cancelled within the allowable window, a full refund is automatically initiated through Razorpay back to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Uncollected Orders
Items marked "Ready for Pickup" are held securely at our Koramangala counter until daily store closing (10:00 PM). If you fail to collect your items by closing time, perishable goods are disposed of for hygiene reasons, and no refund will be issued.
