1. Walk-in Self Collection Only
Delightz operates exclusively as a takeaway and pickup patisserie desk. We do not dispatch orders via courier services or offer home delivery. All orders placed on our website must be collected in person.

3. Seamless Counter Verification
When visiting the counter, simply show your order ID token or 4-digit verification code. Our counter staff will verify the code, pack any delicate items securely, and hand over your fresh box without any waiting queues.
4. Eco-Friendly Packaging
A nominal fee of ₹15 is included on orders to ensure premium food-grade, leak-proof boxes and sturdy carrying bags designed specifically to keep warm puffs crisp and cakes safe during transport.
